Well apparently the amazing 1.8 can be downloaded now, I'm just wondering, should I use it? When is the new world going up? I don't want to be left on single player.....

Lol, I know I won't be using it. I really don't care to spoil the update early and im not sure you would be able to get back onto MCJ for awhile if you get it.

I wouldn't ruin the suprise for myself, instead wait for the new world and play.

You can download it and still get your 1.7 Minecraft back very easily I figured out. If you want to get it, but you also want to be able to get back to the 1.7 Minecraft, just force update, log in, and it should be back to normal.

Well I messed around on it for a few minutes.. here are my thoughts.. this version is definitely laggy for me I hope the official release of it is not.. Spiders.. I AM VERY afraid of now.. specially since they can poison and knock me into webs and I get completely stuck in them

Yeah also, Endermen aren't really harmful at all. All it is is an aggressive, tall, black cow that drops a blue egg if you kill it I also agree about the spiders. They can really mess you up, and it seams like they are much more faster than normal spiders. I really don't care too much for the NPC towns either. They are really oddly placed and half of the houses are sunken into the ground. I'm not too sure about this update. I do like the new pig snouts though

The spiders aren't just any spiders, their Blue Spiders, and can be only found in Abandoned Mines. So you won't find any in your house
