first of all saying the same thing 3 times in a row will only lower your chance of being unbanned. second unless you make an actually appeal you will have a ZERO % chance of being unbanned.

how do i make a appeal

I recommend googling how to make a good ban appeal and reading some of those though traditionally common sense plays a rather large factor in writing a good appeal.

For instance:
1) Good grammar
2) A reason we should actually unban you
3) Not saying the same thing three times in a row
4) Not one sentence but not so long that it becomes to tiring to read.
