Offense: Repeatedly harassed his neighbor, Yoyoyo138. He broke into his house multiple times and locked his doors multiple times. I jailed him for an hour, and he threatened to kill himself if I didn't let him go, so I muted him for 12 hours. Boxes recently found him breaking into Yoyoyo's house again, so bye bye Jakey.
Course of Action: Bye bye Jakey.
