Offical PvP Rule compandium/Trade codex

Herro,
i asked many times but now another try... we need definatly a easy understandable and completly PvP rule compandium. Its a bit anoying if u dont know what is legal and what takes u in Jail. Even the trade issue, i was told by caldrin that we are not allowed to sell Diamonds for under 1k $, so we need a Trade compandium too. I know it is a hard work and if my english wasnt so bad i would help but..yeah... so pls, could anyone get in charge to write something like this?
