Minecraft Junkie

ok so when i first came on here i built a basic house that i calle home. Then bobington offered for me to move in with him i accepted. But as a backup i kept my name on my house so i could go back to there is i needed too. SO when i wen't back to there today to build my melon farm there. It was all upgraded, so i wen't in to have a look i did not take anything from the chests. I asked Ephantom to tell me who lived there now. But then the server restarted and i did not see him again. But i saw two names from signs they left to each over. They are lavaboy and zany. They were both banned for major griefing. So what i want to know is can i have the house back but like an overlord clear the chests out so i get no advantages.
