Help!

Heya Guys
I came back on after a long time yesterday. And whilst i am really happy to be on i was quite annoyed. I came back on and my residence on my castle has gone and people have been building houses and so on within my town walls. Could a staff please come and remove them and is there anyway i can have the residence back. Sorry to bother the staff. (When I say annoyed- with the people who built on the land. Not the staff and good members)
