Reason: Griefing and lieing about it
Info: Dug up pieces of obsidian in Gman's land without permission causing him to fall into lava and lose his items. When confronted about digging in the area he said he did not do it Log Block showed that he did infact do it.
Punishment: 3 Day Temp ban
Reasoning: Clearly did the deed then lied about it when confronted. Given his history I believe a 3 day temp ban for griefing was an adequate punishment.

That is not an appeal.

Agent has done something similar to this on temp server as well. Also they are between and should know better. I I think this should be a permanent ban. I clearly agent does not care enough to make a proper appeal
