so they both admited to it and even if only one of them did it the other was there at the same time so he is just as guilty.

It sounds to me like buster was x-raying. If I understand this correctly, he's the one who digging. I think Espert was commenting on how easy it looked that buster found diamonds the way he did.

Just the theory of a bystander... Sorry if I'm butting in where I don't belong.

Okay so I believe this is what happened. Buster had xray and espert noticed he was finding diamonds quick and as their friends and the wording sounded like he had something to do with it to mista so he was punished too. I think espert is innocent and shouldnt be punished. I know they both love this server and buster will not do it again. He admitted to it but espert dosnt have it so can his items be returned and his ban be dismissed?

It was Mista, Explodingboxes, and Myself that discussed what to do. The three of us agreed that, based on what was said, both were to blame for X-raying.

This is an error in judgement IMO. If you see above, he commented about his suspicions of an X-ray texture pack on the part of Buster. That was not him bragging about his own use of one.

Here, buster confesses, confirming Espert's suspicions. Espert NEVER said he used X-ray texture pack. He was merely calling out Buster. This is merely a failure to communicate, nothing more.

Source: I have had to go through pages and pages of logs in Counterstrike: Source in a community I help lead, to try to make heads or tails of this. I am 100% confident that this is how it played out. Please consider this if/when Espert comes to appeal.

This is a mistake with judgment here, expert Cleary does not have x ray it is buster with it. I think that was a good thing that buster admitted to doing it when expert was jailed and then both where banned? That's not right at all that's just cruel buster admitted to it to save his friend from being on mcj because he knew he liked this server but then banned both? That just makes me feel bad for them.....Give expert his items and unban him please. He broke no rules at all.

A chunk of the conversation is missing from what was posted here in the logs. They had conflicting stories about who was using the texture pack they both said they were innocent and they both said they used X-ray throughout the course of the incident. There is more to this then is just written here however when Mista gets on I will confirm the incident again to make sure. Boxes is away at his G-ma's for the weekend so Mista and I will have a discussion when he gets online. Until then this stays as is.
