CoA: 2 week min ban, may appeal after that.
if appeal is not accepted turns to perm ban

Just to put my own two cents in, this should be a perma ban IMO, like, one year before appeal. He knew better.

I agree with Nico. 250 Iron Blocks isn't an accidental grief, or a minor sneakily grief thinking he could get a few resources out of it and hope nobody would notice. This was a completely OBLITERATION of a structure. It was an attack on the server. Two weeks is faaaaaar too short.

Well, I think the idea here on the shorter period before perma ban, was the fact that it was stolen from a chest in daltons ship, at spawn. One chest was accidentally left open, and rback took the iron out of it. So its not like he went right into dalton's house, and its only two weeks until a appeal can be made, then a perma ban.

Oh. Oh I thought Boxes meant he mined 250 blocks out of Dalton's ship. That's a very different situation then. Doesn't excuse it, but it's different.

Oh. Yeah, I was under the impression that he took the block out of the ship. Like.. mined out blocks. Even still, 250 iron blocks is a LOT. Should still be longer than two weeks IMO.

Place it at five-week probation and yes I will allow this reality to be mine.

Yeah...250 iron BLOCKS is a bit much. I wouldn't want him unbanned for another 4-5 weeks.

Could it just be that he thought they were abandoned? Is there a policy on how long a structure/chest/whatever can stand untouched and unmodified before it is considered forfeit?

the chest was not in an abandon structure. it was in the ship that dalton is building in spawn. he then took the iron and made a house out of it at his town. the chest also had assorted building materials so its not like the chest was going to be a hidden treasure chest.
