Bally this is the second time you have jailed someone for a personal affair. They did NOT break any rules besides your own. This had nothing to do with a disruption in the server, I'm just letting you know now you need to think about what you're doing. This has become a serious issue that can result in an equaly serious punishment, personaly I believe you need to appologize to this member and compensate him/her for the time you have wrongfully jailed them for

One action you should take is just kicking them as a warning, then if he absolutely refuses feel free to jail him. Not just to jail him.

It is allowed for you to force someone off your property if you make it private. Otherwise they have the rights to be there. So jailing for trespassing is allowed, although first with a warning, second with a warning, third with a kick, fourth with a kick, fifth with a jail.
