New Members Getting Banned For Often

Im noticing that alot more members and defaults are getting banned more often than other people and ranks . why is that

It is mostly do to the fact that they are griefers, new (untrusted), hackers and whatnot that are simply not interested in staying or helping the server.

Often the lower ranks get punished more harshly once again because they are newer and we don't all know thier intentions. Also though, higher ranks are also punished harshly because they are trusted and should be responsible.
