HEH? what do you mean you can not find it? It is in the post, all you have to do is to click it to download.
You do have to run mcpatcher before you add texture pack to the texture pack folder

I got the pack but then it crashed my Minecraft. Am I supposed to download some special thingy?

get mcpatcher first,
1. type in in your run window %appdata% then find .minecraft folder, then find bin and texture folder and delete both.
2. run minecraft.exe and let it download itself and patch itself then stop and exit out of minecraft
3. run mcpatcher and let it patch itself
4. take the texture pack zip file and put it into the texture folder under .minecraft folder
5. run minecraft.exe again and click on textures and mods and you will see the new texture pack, select it... there might be couple of seconds delay while its being applied. All done, enjoy
