Im not on the sever as i have been banned, i have not had any replys from staffs or anything, but i still follow the server very closey. i think that kommy, caldrin and korthic should add a few english staffs. Nearlly all the staffs are American at the moment, and i think for the english players this is getting wuite annoying to have to come on he server closer to later hours to get the attention of a staff. My brother ( Allytheman) has recently been in the centre of a lot of havoc. He was applying for adv and made a very good project. He got 3 votes and was adv for 3 hours and then demoted to veteran again. one thing that nicolu said was that it is annoying that he is calling out staffs names every 7 seconds to get their attention. This problem only occured because the staffs are american and are not on when he and other players needs them to. My brother is a very busy person with his work, as are many other english players i know. This problem can be easily solved with more english staffs. thank you for taking the time to read my sugestion (sorry if mis-spelt)

You do know we can't just add new staff. They have to earn it.
No real "English" staff have become staff due to them not ever becoming VIP. It's not that we don't like anybody from England.

Recently, we had a staff name Torchdeleter, and he was from the Netherlands, he was demoted due to Xray I think.

Currently we have an english VIP, Bally50, who is doing a pretty good job as it is.

As xero said we did have torch and we do have Bally. I do agree with you though, almost all staff are american. I do not even think we have one Canadian staff.

Well, it's not because we're discriminating them, they just don't ever apply, or become a VIP. We have 3 Canadian VIPs I think.

What about cutfishgo! Forget someone?

We have 4 Canadian VIP's kolo, we may be ranked up to staff after a while of being a GREAT VIP and ''IF'' they need new staff, also we have Cutfishgo, he is staff and is very helpful, so there.
i don't know what is happening with ally at the moment but to be a staff you can't be stupid, they are smart and will deal with it As soon as possible.

Cut's english, yes. Also to clearify, we have 5 canadian VIP's 4 active (myself, kolo, maxse and kaos) and mistawaters but, I barely see him.

We are always looking for new VIP for earlier in the day. I would like to have 2 or 3 VIP + cutfish during the day. It is just hard for us to find people that are mature enough and that we can trust because we are not on during that time.

This is why when people get on mumble they have a 200% higher chance of becoming VIP. It is easier for us to get to know people.

Wait I know this was from may but who is da canadian staff, I'm Canadian and if I become VIP then I must know who the other Canadian staff is.
