I.require the help of an experienced, qualified and intelligent staff. In my recent attempts to become adv I have received two/three votes. The first was from cutfishgo for my town: tearshold
The second was from the doleking/ xeronaile (i forget which) for my indoor city


HOWEVER

For some reason or another none of them have been able to promote.me. This is why I need a staff to read this post and rank me up.

I would like to say that since the introduction of syberia I have found it increasingly difficult to get staff attention, I suggest we open up applications for vips to staff. Just an idea. However I would appreciate a staff's help on this

Ally, What? we just had VIP apps, if your talking about VIP's ranking up to staff, it does not work that way. The staff have very much noticed you're buildings but they need to decide if you are right for ADV builder, it is a hard rank to get, and while you may have votes, the staff will need to talk about it. I'm sure they have recognized you, just be patient the staff are Very good at what they do.

I agree with Maxse, the staff are very busy, so have patience. They will promote you if they all agree with that idea, but it may take some time.

Exactly but Ally, staff don't have apps, it is different then VIP's.
Though be patient and wait until they decide.

Pretty much what Maxse said. Give us some time if you catch another staff online get thier attention but don't get to buggy.Just ask if we can check out your build.

I think what ally wants to know is:
1. Why isn't he ranked up already even though 2 or more staff may have said his builds are adv. worthy
2. Why won't a staff member take the time to promote him?

I know it says that all you need is 2 staff to like your creation to get adv. but, I think know they are upping the bar and you should be very trusted in order to get into the creative world ( not saying you are not).
Staff members may be bussy or may not have the ability to rank you up ( I think more staff have the ability to know). Also, VIP's do not apply for staff as maxse said. They earn it and are choosen by the staff team. I hope this helps out a bit, and I also like some of the things you have made.

Well to answer your question both the staff that have recommended you have promote abilities. If they haven't promoted you themselves then they may have been unsure in their decision. Also if I'm reading this with correct grammar you said one vote for tearshold and one vote from either Dole or Xero for this castle. Honestly I am unsure but I think one building needs two votes. Like I said try getting attention in /helpop or something probably just say "Can staff check out my build?" but don't spam it wait at least 10 minutes between posting it in helpop.

Yeah Droz is right, helpop is seen by all staff team members. but wait a while between different questions, if one member of staff does not respond then maybe you should wait for a different one to come see.

I hope that any problem has been solved, this may be a good subject to take in game and ask about.
