Minecraft Junkie

Recently, I've noticed that people who are getting banned, appeal without caring. They are just going to do the EXACT same thing once they get back on. This doesn't include people who let other's onto their account; they have an excuse. But for people who claim they are "sory i wont do it again plzzz let meh on", do you think they care? They just got banned, and they should stay like it. This also should apply to defaults, due to the low trustworthiness we have for them. Also, the staff are, in my opinion, a bit too nice. They just give out bans and people can just beg and they get their way. If someone griefs, tpkills, breaking rules, etc, we should not just stand by while people do whatever they want. Also, there should be a rule if there already isn't one about tempbans. If someone has gotten a certain number of tempbans, they should get a permanent ban. You don't have to add this but it would keep alot of rude/annoying people off the server.

Many people are banned because they are new and may have griefed something small or spammed. These are not really perm ban worthy but we will perm ban them if they are new and do not know them. Most griefers and jerks will not take the time out to appeal, they will just move onto the next server to get banned. So if people really want to play here and made a mistake they will try harder the second time. If not they get perm banned.

If we were not nice to some people and gave them a second chance, you wouldn't be playing here.

We give everyone more than one chance, discluding the defaults who just don't care unless they appeal. The staff, who have been like that since they got VIP have jailed, not banned, but jailed, muted and kicked before they went along to banning the person temporarily or permanently. Being soft as a member of the staff (VIP Included) is basically letting them go once or twice on their minor griefs instead of jailing them, none of the staff I can tell have done that in a while.

Yeah, you guys got some pretty valid points there. Maybe I was wrong :/
