Jail #1: One of the staff was in jail and lonely and wanted company so I volunteered to be jailed while they tested something
Jail #2: I asked Korthic to jail me so that I could test out the maze(That at the time was the jail) in the old world
Jail #3: I asked Caldrin to jail me in the Pirate Spawn hanging cages to test out to see if Ender Pearls where an effective means of escape. They aren't.

If I had to choose someone from the list to replace it would probably be Countypo though it is a hard choice because all of the Staff are good at their job compared to any of the other server I've been on it's pretty good. Countypo is a pretty good staff member but he has a tendency to spam chat from time to time as well as to warp around and shoot me with arrows while I'm building. I can only think of two reasons why they might not be the best for staff position and honestly I don't think I would be better suited for a staff position because everyone that you have as staff is incredibly qualified for the position. The two reasons I stated above are the only things that I can come up with as I would not spam chat nor would I warp around and shoot people with arrows while they are building.

2. Suppose that you're accepted for the VIP application, and you share this with a close friend or sibling who also plays Minecraft. Unfortunately for you, that friend/sibling is a jerk, and logs into your account while you are not in the house. They then proceed to grief people, tpkill, jail tons of people, and cuss out the staff. You know that we punish players by the account on this server, and that the punishment will go directly to you. How do you choose to appeal this?

I wouldn't appeal it. It's my own fault for sharing the account I'd accept the demotion that would come from that and any punishment that my 'friend' would have earned. After the punishment ended I would go about my business as normal. I have to much time invested into this server to just pickup and leave


3. A week after becoming VIP and befriending some of the staff, you find out that Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking are planning on faking a situation that would give them a reason to ban a user that they disliked on the server. This user is completely innocent, only being guilty of being annoying to the staff. You’re a new staff member and nobody really trusts you that much yet, and Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking are threatening to have you demoted and banned if you rat on them, and you have no evidence except for your word. How do you react to this situation?

I'd probably tell Korthic what was going on. Korthic's Rank trumps them all so he could unban me if they banned me and if they demoted me Nicolu, Droz, Exploding, Fabeth, and Kommy would all wonder why I was banned/demoted and my sudden ban/demotion combined with what I had already told Korthic would be more than enough to show those stinkers whats what

Have i been jailed/banned?: I was jailed once for a potion slip up in a residence, but nothing big.
Do i like lion king?: Yes, I mean who doesnt love great animations with perfect plot lines?

I dont think anyone should be replaced, It is currently balanced and a loss of one staff member can effect others and start causing problems, plus the people who like that staff will hate me because i replaced them, and nobody wants to be hated, and i would feel guilty off taking away the fun of another player. In conclusion i will not replace any staff, i would just stay my rank until a spot opens up for a fair competition to be staff+.

2.Suppose that you're accepted for the VIP application, and you share this with a close friend or sibling who also plays Minecraft. Unfortunately for you, that friend/sibling is a jerk, and logs into your account while you are not in the house. They then proceed to grief people, tpkill, jail tons of people, and cuss out the staff. You know that we punish players by the account on this server, and that the punishment will go directly to you. How do you choose to appeal this?

I would open a fast appeal, then get the sibling to speak on mumble chat until he confesses he did the action my account got banned for, then waiting for the decision of the peers whether i should get unbanned or not, and if they accept i will keep better guard onto my account, and if i dont get unbanned its just tough luck and i have to move on.

3.A week after becoming VIP and befriending some of the staff, you find out that Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking are planning on faking a situation that would give them a reason to ban a user that they disliked on the server. This user is completely innocent, only being guilty of being annoying to the staff. You’re a new staff member and nobody really trusts you that much yet, and Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking are threatening to have you demoted and banned if you rat on them, and you have no evidence except for your word. How do you react to this situation?

I would calmly speak to each staff about what their actions might get them to, First i would explain that they are a user of the server and you can choose to like or dislike the selected player but it is at all no fair if they innocently banned them for hate reasons. Second i would explain thAt your taking away the fun and happiness of another human being, and if i had the power to frame you and get you banned, would you like it? If they contributed a lot of time into the server and then got innocently banned and posted a complaint on the forums, how would you get away with that? In conclusion i think it is not ok to frame someone and get them banned when you know for a fact they did nothing wrong, and you just hate them.

1.) If you could replace the listed staff or admins then who and why?
Being active on the server has got me to know all the staffs personalities, intensions, and also flaws. The person i feel if i replaced would be Countypo. Count bluntly ignores admin/staff orders to not give out certain items durring a give away, he does make a strong argument on why its fine to have these items and he takes full responsiblity if anything goes wrong. I feel he hes an okay staff but if this oppertunity did happen i think i would be more carefull and understanding than him. Lastly counts normaly on just to check in and check out and doesnt stay for a true long haul while other staff or on playing the game and alert to the things going on around them.

2.)IRL friend causes trouble on your account with your new VIP rank, how do you appeal?
I would take full responsiblity for my account without ragging --> " IT WAS MY FRIEND ON MY ACCOUNT I SWEAR TO GOD!!!!"and post in the Bans and appeals part of the forums with a long, and information post about what happend with the friend that caused this trouble. This post would inculde the confession of his doing via his account commenting on the apeal, I would publicly appologize and refund anything they lost durring the struggle and then some to fix the anger between victem and I. I would also get on mumble to have both the confession and my appeal heard beforehand so they would know im not lieing.

3.) High ranking staff conspiracy occures after your VIP ranking and they want you involved, if you rat them out they will ruin you. Without having any evidence how would you deal with this?:
First things first i would contact Kommy with a forums pm, in that message i would explain my situation and let him know that i will continue with this to the point I gained their trust and have the avalible evidence needed to stop them. To hold the trust of Kommy i would send in dayly screenshots of what im learning, seeing, and whats going to happen. Noting everyone involved with a complete report when everythings together and theres enough to shut them down for every argument. If Kommy or any other trust worthy admin would like to stop me i would respecfully stand down and give all evidense i have found so they may continue the problem themselves.

I wouldn't replace any of them. The reason for this would be that the community would be loosing out on all the experience that all the members listed have and if i were to replace any of them i would be hurting the community with not having the experience in being a staff like the rest of them have.

I wouldn't appeal the punishment because it would be my fault that i one gave them the information to log onto my Minecraft account. Two if i didn't want that to happen in the first place i shouldn't have told them that i was a VIP on the server.

Well even if it would mean me being demoted i would find some way to get the proof i would need to show the other staff members that these people were trying to get said person banned just because they didn't like them. If i couldn't find that i would at lest let the staff know to keep an eye on the people that were trying to get this person banned so that they would know for themselves that they were trying to get this person banned.

Jails: 1
Temp-Bans: 3

Jail #1: There was a misunderstanding between XxRyanatorxX and I, we cleared things up the next day.
Temp-Ban #1: Nico banned me for 10 seconds for being ahead of her in herbalism in boxes farm. It was pretty funny and I was completely ok with it.
Temp-Ban #2: I needed to do my homework so I asked a staff to ban me for a few hours.
Temp-Ban #3: I had some really big tests the next day and I didn’t want to get distracted while I was reviewing my notes, so I asked boxes to ban me for 4 hours.

Do you like The Lion King:
Yes it was one of my favorite movies when I was little, It’s probably around time for a rewatch.

This was a really hard choice for me because I believe that all the staff are well qualified for their position and are better than any other staff on other servers that I’ve been on, but I would have to go with Countypo. He’s a really great staff member and is a senior member of this server, but he tends to mess around with people a bit too much. Honestly, I don’t think I could ever replace Countypo on the staff team because again, everyone on the staff team are well qualified for their position.

I would accept the punishment, no matter how severe without question. I would then post my appeal on the forums giving details about what happened and any other information with a sincere apology to the community and the victims about what happened. I will also try my best to fix things between the victims and I. Then I would change my password and take precautions to ever prevent this from happening again in the future.

I would first tell another staff member about what I think is going on, but not to act until I find proof. I will try my best to find a way to obtain the proof without causing trouble on the server. If it’s needed, I will risk demotion/temp-ban to get it. Then, when I get the proof that I need, I would pm Kommy on the forums and explain what I have found along with the proof that I have found.

Do you have Mumble? (If not why not): No, i have asked in game but have had no response as to how to use it, i don't know how to get on to it. Also my computer cannot handle minecraft and something else at the same time
Have you ever been jailed/banned? I have been banned once, however this was proven to be a misunderstanding and me and the staff managed to come to a solution to the problem (I shouldn't have been banned however the staff who did so had good reason to believe i had griefed
Do you like The Lion King: Yes, I have seen the theatre in london and thoroughly enjoyed it, is that right?

1. Well, i am sorry but i am unable to say that i believe any of these users are unfit for the job they do. They are all brilliant staff with good track records (as far as i know) and have all helped me ingame and on the forums at one/ more points in time.

2. I would explain that i am sorry i did not keep my account secure and i will change my password. However if it is decided that it is entirely my fault (which i don't think it would be) then i would wait a month or so and then ask again via the forums


3. I would talk to a staff member who i feel i can trust and ask them for advice as to what to do. If the staff threatened me i would take screenshots of that threat and use them as evidence to inform an Admin of what was going on. I then would do what they advised unless they felt it was more appropriate to take this further themselves. However i do not believe that any of the staff and this server are the kind of people that would do such a thing.

Things i would like to 'throw in'

I play around about 15 hours a week and most of the time when i am on there is rarely a staff on, i believe that i am suitable for the job as prior to joining this server i was an Admin on another server called Mineland (I still occupy a minor moderators capacity on the server). On this server i was always paying attention to the chat and reguarly made posts on their Forums which no longer exist.

I am familliar with the jailing controls and so on and hence it would take very little explaining to me of how to use them.

I also feel i would be a good addition to the staff team on junkie as i am very active in the forums and in chat. Please do not dismiss me on the basis i am unable to use the mumble server. One of my strong points is my ability to speak English (As it is not my first language). Also i have a good track record. I believe i am expirienced enough to deal with situations in an appropriate manor and also i have respect for staff and other players on the server. I have commended the system on this server and i hope you will agree that i would be a good addition to the server.

Do you like The Lion King:Yes loved the movie but got really sad when Simba's Dad died . I was only 6 and started to cry . I actually have a giant Simba Teddy I love it the movie is one of my childhood movies

I would start with the lame "IM NOT GUILTY" but I would accept the punishement and kill the person who went on my account (just kidding) there is no way of getting out of the situation and everyone knows it. If the player got banned I would stay silent till a Admin comes on or talk to a more experienced VIP about it .As you said I'm just gonna be a new VIP I won't be worth much help as I am unexperienced. And maybe put up a form if they are abusing the player so badly.

If you could change one thing about MJMC what would it be?

If i could change one thing i would change Pvp rules because while i have been playing MCJ i have seen lots of arguments over pvp and if people have to give people there stuff or not and if someone keeps
there stuff all hell breaks loose.Admins always have to find out away to stop the arguments happening over pvp.

My Favorite staff is Countypo because every time he comes on everyone says hi and he always replies
back, count is very friendly and a Great staff member.He is Strict(in a good way), funny , nice and a loving member.

I want to be in the VIP team because since i joined this server i have always wanted to be a Vip or a high up rank on MCJ.I am a Admin on a old server that i used to go on so i know what to do and how to take care of the newbies and the other people on the server.I Am a very helpful person and i will help everyone i can.

I think all the rules are important but if i had to choose one it has to be Respect everyone because if no one Respected anyone the server would not be the same.I think this rule is the most important because the Respect everyone rule shows that everyone is treated with the same respect as everyone else.
