D: seriously!?! you just recently got banned theres no way you've changed in such little time.

Ok I understand but I was banned a month a half ago around that so I have changed but I understand if I have to wait.

Nope. Never. Ever. If you're unbanned, AGAIN, and allowed to come back under any circumstances, I will 100% leave this server. Because if that happens, it means you've all lost your damn minds.

Not true I'l be a default for 1 month and you didn't know I was fuzzy cause I changed I'm nice now well more an use to and if I rage well this is what tar suggested temp ban for 1 day ad the rest of the day.

And I sord of think it's unfair that mokman never gets banned he only gets temp just saying and he is about as worse as me back than.

Mok man does not go on different accounts and grief... Not to mention that we didn't have to deal with an annoying lot of IPban fixing with him.

As much as I agree with Ally on points 1 and 2, Nicole hath spoken.

Not that it's needed really, but I'll explain the points you mentioned ally, as well as a few others.

I had compassion for the kid. When everyone else on the server was making fun of him, and talking about how bad his structures were, I personally commissioned him to make me something, on my home island. Something I supplied materials for, Something that I paid him for, and something that to this day still stands. He's been "clearly sorry" before. It hasn't changed anything.

I will leave if this server turns into something that it shouldn't be. Yes I'm here, yes I love MCJ, but when it comes to the point that we're bending over backwards for every member, even after they have been in so much trouble it isn't funny.. That's a line I can't cross.

Really tired of hearing people compare people when we're talking about punishments, or things of that nature. Mok has bad moments, which are punished. OG, as yourself, you broke multiple rules on many occasions, including massive disrespect of members, staff, and more. When you were banned the first time around, you logged into multiple alt account, cursed at members, griefed and caused general chaos. Then you came back as "fuzzy88" Fuzzy had his own set of problems, minor ones at first. Pvp drama, like shooting from safe, spawn camping etc. Then came the big ones. You abused a massive bug to get enchanted items, and sell them to members. Which you were temp banned for. THEN you used xray, right in front of my damn eyes I watched you go after a peice of diamonds that was not only hidden behind stone, but lava as well. When we banned fuzzy, you then raged even harder.

You are no where on the same level as what mok has done. Mok's been helpful, he's taken the time to do things that are useful, to learn what limits there are.

You are NOT in the same boat as mok. No where close.

Nicolu, respect these facts: (there is no offence or disrespect intended here)

1. You do not run MCJ- if every one else thinks he should be allowed on, providing Kommy agrees then he will be allowed on
2. I like you but im not gonna comit suicide if you leave, nor do i think any one else is so i don't think its a threat
3. I don't see why you are getting so serious about the whole thing, its just a flipping game. A good one at that. but just a game nico
4. Its easy, if he does it again just t /ban ogreaper, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????

Sorry. I do like you but i don't see what the harm is in giving him another chance

ALSO, some one said about how he could not have changed in 1 and 1/2 months. But that is not true. I recovered from depression in just less than two months a while ago (I wont go into it) Why cant he do the same with his approach to computer gaming?
