Espert is a bit younger and may have gotten temoered by the fact of being banned from his favorite server, he emailed me and said he didnt xray and missed junkie. His ban is almost done and i think just wait out the remainder of the ban and return the items because he didnt do anything wrong besides bad mouth because he was upset.

Does it matter?

To not make any more posts I edited this to say they arn't brothers and it dosnt seem like he knew buster had xray.

Now Dalton, that is very true. But try to put yourself in his shoes. Imagine you're mining with a new buddy, you see something fishy, and call them on it. Next the authorities decide to punish you. It's infuriating! I would recommend replacing something. Even if it's small, just as an apology.

They are not new buddies they are brothers I believe and not all of their items were taken. Just the ores and such. They still have a fair amount of stuff in chests around and about. Personally I really believe that Espert knew Buster was X-raying and took part in it himself because Log Block shows that Espert was the one that dug up the diamonds where boxes found them.

Boxes has caught more X-rayers on this server than I have caught anyone breaking any rule ever. If boxes says there was an X-ray involved then I trust his judgement enough to stake my rank on his decision. Rocky and Kolo should know to trust Boxes as well if it were any other two members there would not have been such a big discussion about it. Barring any more evidence I believe this thread should be left to die and that No one should reply to it unless it is absolutely necessary.

this is the real truth: espert knows i have the texture pack but it only sees caves so when i found those diamonds he decided to play a joke and say HAX! The truth is i was mining with him and he kept using cobble to block the path. So he went in an area closed of by cobble and i wanted to put him in a deep hole but when i mined the first block there were diamonds. This was just luck and i am extremly unhappy that all my diamonds,iron,emeralds and gold are ALL GONE. so since then, i've been trying to get people to know that this is what really happend and when espert got jailed i only said the stuff like "if someone x-rayed it was me" because espert is the person that doesent have it and i dont like him getting punished like this so PLEASE listen to the real truth

Buster, espert was not punished for x-ray, he was banned for abusing a glitch..
