I think he should be demoted....
people are always like "it was my girl friend!" and we just say we judge by account, so lets judge by account and not give him adv builder because he didn't do anything...

Err... I gave him ADV. It's an alternate account and I see no harm in it.
Get off Talons back, he's done no harm. Creating a few dirt blocks and taking that seriously as he got ADV for that is kinda overrated. So, in the long run ignore him, as he is not causing trouble, but apparently people are whining over it causing trouble.

It honestly depends jdm we usually don't give the rank to two people for one project or one group of projects. It's difficult to judge if one did as much work as the other and if the project is worthy of two promotions.
