you can only get command blocks through spawning them so it would be cm+ (unless im stupid and dont know that staff can spawn stuff) and as our community managers are really good at keeping stuff thats not aloud out of the rest of the community i dont see the problem with enabling them

Oh yeah, your right, I forgot, only with give not creative mode. Either way it is unobtainable with crafting or anything. Also, that is what I was implying, we should only set them as active in a world for stuff like that. Maybe later on add it to the normal world for CM to use.
