@Count, No, looking at the better list actually, it says no more falling out of the world when you jump into chunk errors, also, I remember there was a glitch in 1.3.2 (Maybe in 1.4.2) Where you could fall out of the world warping to the Nether. So that could also be it. Could also be caused by the glitch when you fall through repeaters. Or just glitching through blocks.

There is just too many glitches in the dev edition of bukkit right now.
Also they even said themselves that hey had to disable some thing for it to work for now. I'm thinking we probably will have to wait just like before with other updates till they release an official built. That way less glitches and by that point most plugins usually will be updated to work with it.
