I have nothing against any of these staff, and the only reason i picked countypo was because he should try inprove on what i say:

Countypo, i picked count because i rarely see him on and he has been know to grief people just for a laugh and has destroyed shops out of hatered. i think i would be better suited to his position for i would respect that it is not a burden but a favour to server the players of minecraft junkie. and i would use the permissions that come with that position for the players, to help them them rather than upset them.

2. Suppose that you're accepted for the VIP application, and you share this with a close friend or sibling who also plays Minecraft. Unfortunately for you, that friend/sibling is a jerk, and logs into your account while you are not in the house. They then proceed to grief people, tpkill, jail tons of people, and cuss out the staff. You know that we punish players by the account on this server, and that the punishment will go directly to you. How do you choose to appeal this?

I would accept the foolishness of my mistake for not keeping my minecraft account safe, and any actions done while account was disrupting the server. i would understand the sanctions in place to protect the server and go by them, accept bann time and demotion i needed. and if i could in time i would try to fix what i have broken.

A week after becoming VIP and befriending some of the staff, you find out that Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking are planning on faking a situation that would give them a reason to ban a user that they disliked on the server. This user is completely innocent, only being guilty of being annoying to the staff. You’re a new staff member and nobody really trusts you that much yet, and Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking are threatening to have you demoted and banned if you rat on them, and you have no evidence except for your word. How do you react to this situation?

I would most likly take a screen shot of the erconversation, them and there plan. i would then post it on the website for all to behold.
and hopefuly achieve justice.

Jails/Bans: Jailed for silly/stupid PVP trolls.

Do you like the lion king: Absolutely, Its was a childhood favorite.

Countypo is my choice because his tyranny has caused so much trouble in the past, His actions have caused some players to leave the MCJ server for good. He's the kind of person that doesn't care of his punishment, but cares for the reaction of the victim. Countypo is the definition of unruly, but he is also somewhat useful in grief prevention and banning those who need it. I have never seen count ban or jail anyone who didn't need it. Currently he should not be replaced but until he has made a mistake, i would choose him.

I would speak to staff and admins about it and try to get everything resolved and fix the griefs and unjail the people. If that does not work i would get the person to speak to the staff and admins on mumble. If all else fails i would move on with no grudges against the person who did this because it was my fault for leaving my account up.

I would first of all playback the recording from mumble of their plans and show a trustworthy person screenshots, and wait for response from an admin. If i can't get back its most likely they did what they did because i was not worthy of VIP so i would

If i could replace any staff it would be Drozknight because she/he is never on
that person doesnt talk with the players much finally I just dont think she/he is worthy of being able to do sertant things.
If my brother NMAN67OL comes on my file and was disrespectfull and i got on and got in trouble I would be mad at him but take the jail time/bann time like it is.
If those staff members had a very bad plan to bann somone for no reason then i would tell Admin and if they didnt beleive me then i would talk to them and say"hey guys you cant do this it isnt right and if they banned me I would put it on the forums and if they didnt bann me I would do as much as I can so that Icould stop them from that bad thing.

(1) If i could replace any staff i would say korthic, i don't know him as well as others do and the last time he was on he didn't say anything to me when i said hello to him.
(2) well if i wasn't banned, i would tell my friends and staff that i am forever sorry, and it wouldn't happen again, and the staff know i have a brother.
(3) well i would most likely take a screenshot of the plan they are making and share it with the owner, but in the case being, i would try to keep my mouth shut, and if it came after me, i back myself up.

Requirements for becoming a VIP:
+ Be active on the forums, ingame chat, and be able to log onto Mumble while playing. We like people who talk.
+ A good level of english: Typos are fine, second language is fine. 'ppl who r typin like dis or any1 simlar' are not.
+ Plays for at least 10 hours a week, preferably as much as possible. You WILL get removed from VIP if you don't play often and contribute.
+ Friendly and helpful within the community. Knowledge of plugins and features is preferred but not essential.

Remember:
1)You may NOT ask our staff team anything about you being promoted, unless they ask you first. Do NOT bother our staff team about your application. This thread is how you ask us if you can be VIP. We will come to you afterwards if we are interested.
2)You are allowed to re-submit your application after two months or more have passed. Please quote you original application and its timestamp for our ease of navigation.
3)If you are accepted, this does not mean you are above ANY server rules. In fact you are held to a higher standard than other users. Breaking any rule can result in a demotion, kick or ban, depending on the severity.
4)Also, at anytime, you can and will be demoted if the staff team feels that you are not properly doing your job, or are not living up to the standard we hold you to. We are a self moderating staff team, and we do not tolerate abuse among our ranks.
5)When we are looking for staff members, we look at VIP members before we look at regular users. Might come in handy some day.

By applying you realize:
1) VIP is our lowest rank of our staff team, and will put you in a position of authority and power over all users below you. You must abide by the rules more closely than all of the other non-staff on our server, for you will now be the standard that users hold themselves to.
2) Being a member of the staff team does not mean you get to be respected more than any other user, or can punish users more harshly for breaking the rules against you. On Minecraft Junkie, all users are to treat all users with the same respect, regardless of rank. Staff are here to serve, not to be served.
3) Should you be chosen, you will most definitely run into problems while moderating. If you are having difficulty with understanding what to do, remember that you can contact any staff member to help you out. You don't have to lone wolf it. This isn't a job, it's community service, and with an online community you need all the help you can get.

Out of the list of given staff members, I would have to choose Drozknight as the best possible choice for me to replace.

Drozknight is relatively unknown in the current community, due to turnover. He does not play in the server much, is not active in on Mumble, and while I see he lurks the forums frequently (or at least, was online yesterday), he has not made a post and therefore has not been actively involved in the forums since August 26th.
I have been around rather consistently, playing many hours per week, for the past four months now, and I have never met, spoken to, or heard from him. Nor have I seen anything he has built or is currently working on in the server, I have seen no posts by him.

I would clearly be better suited to serving in his position simply due to the amount of time and effort I have put into serving, helping out, and just being active in Junkie. I have been here for four months as opposed to Drozknight's two years, and already I have almost half the quantity of his posts. Most of the people who currently play do know me, and indeed greet me on the server and on Mumble whenever I join. The current Staff team sees me as an old and trusted friend. I have had a hand in communicating to the community what changes have been made recently in Junkie's first (in recent memory) staff meeting. I have attempted to help mediate conflicts where I see them in what limited capacity I am able, even when staff members are involved and my own reputation has been at stake. While doing this, however, I have been careful to avoid, as much as possible, from coming off as "meddlesome." I feel that joining the staff team would only further the amount of good I can do in serving the Junkie community, good which DrozKnight currently is not (visibly) doing.

First and foremost, technically minded as I am, I am very careful to secure all accounts and computers associated with any moderation and/or leadership functions I carry out. That said, not all possibilities can be accounted for. Therefore, if anything does happen, I would explain to the staff that these actions were not carried out by me, but that my account was compromised. In the event that they were still compromised, I would ask that my account be banned and/or disabled until I could resecure it. In the event that I am successful in regaining control, I would seek to reconcile with whoever was offended/harmed, and repair whatever damage was done. I would submit myself to the judgment of my fellow staff members as to whether or not I could still be trusted with staff functions, and accept any consequences incurred on my account.

I would keep a patient and watchful eye on the situation. I would not rush into anything, but would quietly make recordings, demos, logs and screenshots to build my case. In the event that I say or do something that gets me banned, I would not retaliate or make a fuss, but would quietly seek out the attention of their peers and/or superiors with the evidence I have gathered.

Second By my self for rage/tp kill Expected Ermine for abuses. I Apologiezed it and get me self jailed. Third by spleens bad assessment of a situation.

That wont be happened anytime, i am a paranoid and realy secure man ^^ But hypothetical it happens i apeal it that it wasn,t me and that i have to make a new account cuz it isnt fair that i get unbanned for that only cuz im a VIP. Same right for all so it wont be an apeal in that way just a apologize of my stupidness and a anouncement that i get a new account but dont even expect to get the VIP status for the new account too.

First i try to stop them by talking on mumble or msg, second (if it dosent work) i try to force them to make a misstake so i have a evidence. If that dosent work too, i make a threat at forum with my self demote wish cuz i cant serve under this kind of admistration without cheating my moral and truth imagination.

Now i have nothing against any of these staff members but i would have to say Droznight cause i hardly ever see him on and when i do he is not on very long and he is not very active on the forums and from what i heard he is not very active in mumble.

I would be better suited becuase i am on the server every day for at least 6 hours a day. I'm always helpful to new people on the server asking if they need any thing. I'm always happy to give people items when they ask and help people do jobs if needed. I'm a very nice person and i have not made any eneimes. I live in the uk and when its earlier hours when no staff or overlords are on i can keep an eye on people to make sure there not doing anything wrong and punish them if necessary which makes are server a better place which is what i wan't after all, all i want to do is help people and make the server a safer place. Another thing is i always try and help with problems but because of my rank i get told to leave it for the staff team becuase of my current rank so that is another reason why i would like VIP so i could be apart of the staff team.

I would accept my punishment as it would of been my fault for telling them my password or leaving it logged on. I would miss the server but understand and probably never talk to that person again for being such a jerk. But this would never happen as i do not tell my passwords to anyone and i all ways log out when im not playing when my friends are round as some off them can not be trusted, And i dont have siblings so i don't need to worry about them logging on and do stuff.

Well i would immediately take a screen shot of the situation and i would post it on the forums for the whole of mjc to see, but as i know Caldrin can easily remove the post i would also pm Boxes or nico the screen shot so then they can deal with the situation.
I would also send an email to kommy with the situation so he could also deal with it therefore enough people would know to deal with the situation and stop them from proceding with the plan.

I would say Drozknight because he never comes on anymore, also he doesn't ban people. Lastly I think hes not fit for the job because he barally gets on so hes not helpful

I think i would be better than him because hes barally on I rarely see him and i'm on 2-3 hours a day unless im very busy.

I would accept it because it would be my fault completely for telling my brother-cousin my password and I would change my password and never tell them my password again/

I would take a screen shot and send it to a staff and show them that im innocent and that I wouldnt do that. I usually get told that im not annoying at all so that probably wouldnt be a problem for me. Im Pretty good friends with all the staff so most likely I wont have that problem.
