Have you ever been banned or jailed before?(If so why): Yes I have been banned before for griefing(Brakeing one piece of glass)
Do you like The Lion King?:Of course I like the Lion King. Actually, I love the Lion King.
~Questions and Answers~
1. Assume you have the chance to replace one member of the staff team (Choices listed below). You may go straight from whatever rank you are right now, to completely replacing the user that you chose. Pick a member of the staff team, give three reasons why they are not fit for the job, one example of those reasons, and explain why you would be better suited for their position.
(Choices: Countypo, Nicolu, ExplodingBoxes, Caldrin, Drozknight, Korthic)

Answer: If I had the chance to replace a staff member I would choose Caldrin. Caldrin, for one, is never on and hasn't been for a while. Second, I have witnessed him ignore a player (I do not remember the name but I do remember it was a default) asking how to leave spawn and find a place to build. Finally, the few times I have seen Caldrin on, those who needed help weren't acknowleged by the Overlord but by the member,PMBFTW. Off hand I remember Caldrin tping away from a default he had recently tped to because the player was asking for basic rescources. I feel I would be better suited for his spot because, I'm always willing to help those in need and love to be involved with the community.

2. Suppose that you're accepted for the VIP application, and you share this with a close friend or sibling who also plays Minecraft. Unfortunately for you, that friend/sibling is a jerk, and logs into your account while you are not in the house. They then proceed to grief people, tpkill, jail tons of people, and cuss out the staff. You know that we punish players by the account on this server, and that the punishment will go directly to you. How do you choose to appeal this?

Answer: Most people would respond with rage and posts of "This is not fair!" Aside from the anger that might be brought by this, I would calm down and realize that the rules that I applied to enforce state that bans are brougt on accounts not the people that did them innocent are not. My appeal would contain a short and sweet message: Dear fellow Junkie Members,
Recently, my account logged on to the server and went on a massive rampage griefing and bring aguish to the server and those who play it. I realize that my account will be banned asied from the fact I was not the one doing the acts. My friends, most likely I will not be un-banned and know that this happened because of my lack of protection for my Minecraft account. Know that I am sorry for what has happened and accept I may never return. If I am un-banned, I will work my way back up the ladder of trust and friendship no matter the costs.
Forgive me for what has happened and I can leave the server in peace.

A week after becoming VIP and befriending some of the staff, you find out that Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking are planning on faking a situation that would give them a reason to ban a user that they disliked on the server. This user is completely innocent, only being guilty of being annoying to the staff. You’re a new staff member and nobody really trusts you that much yet, and Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking are threatening to have you demoted and banned if you rat on them, and you have no evidence except for your word. How do you react to this situation?

Answer: Initially, I would post on the forums explaing the situation. In the post I would add a side note to those planning the act that they are going back on their word of protecting the server and dishonoring their word to Kommy. Second, I would notify Kommy as soon as I could also explaing the situation, but if he does not believe me I would tell him: Everyone has one thing that can not be taken from them. Everyone has their word. Kommy, if none of us can keep our word then we have nothing. I am giving you my word and if I can't keep it I have nothing. Assuming Kommy declines my post and I am banned by the one's who did the actual wrong, I would post a final topic on the forums signing off letting everyone know what happened hoping the corrupt staff could be brought to justice. Signing off I would be glad knowing I did the best I could to help others on the server, Kommy, and the server itself.

1. Assume you have the chance to replace one member of the staff team (Choices listed below). You may go straight from whatever rank you are right now, to completely replacing the user that you chose. Answer: I would replace Caldrin because he isn't on the server much anymore at all.And he hasn't participated much and hasn't helped much therefore I believe that I would be a suitable candidate to replace him if it came to those circumstances because i'm a helpful person and i'm on the server alot.

2. Suppose that you're accepted for the VIP application, and you share this with a close friend or sibling who also plays Minecraft. Unfortunately for you, that friend/sibling is a jerk, and logs into your account while you are not in the house. They then proceed to grief people, tpkill, jail tons of people, and cuss out the staff. You know that we punish players by the account on this server, and that the punishment will go directly to you. How do you choose to appeal this?

Answer: I would accept the ban then later on I would apologize to everyone that my friend/sibling had killed, griefed, jailed , etc. then if I was to be unbanned I would earn the trust of everyone and try to earn my VIP status back if it was possible.Then I would rebuild and replace everything that was destroyed or stolen and then proceed to change my password of my account.

A week after becoming VIP and befriending some of the staff, you find out that Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking are planning on faking a situation that would give them a reason to ban a user that they disliked on the server. This user is completely innocent, only being guilty of being annoying to the staff. You’re a new staff member and nobody really trusts you that much yet, and Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking are threatening to have you demoted and banned if you rat on them, and you have no evidence except for your word. How do you react to this situation?

Answer: First I would approach the situation properly and talk to a server admin or talk to one of the other staff that is trusted and try to prevent the situation from happening then if that were to fail I would try to immediately try to talk to Kommy or any other admin that is available at the time then if all else were to fail and I were to be banned I would leave without complaining or whining about anything and just accept it for what it is.

Its been very hard to answer this question, but even how hard as this question is, I choose to answer it, so i was told to give three reasons and one example of those. After thinking for about 2 days, my decision landed at Countypo. This is not because he is a bad staff, everyone of these choices are really good staffs. My first reason; he has been more and more inactive on server after time since I joined the server. My second reason; he can sometimes mess a bit with others creations. Last reason; sometimes it seems like he is mad at someone, even if he might not be it at all, it may just seem like it for other players. This is the place where my example comes, I remember one day on the old temp server for 1.3, he was just flying around near spawn there, but when a player asked him a question, he just kept flying around quietly, almost like he was ingnoring people that talked to him. I would fit hes job better because I would be a bit more active on the server, staffs is needed all the time.
He stated his facts neatly and organized, like a school's essay.

I am annoyed on how people are saying "I wouldn't replace any of the members currently", we wont be offended if you outright say you hate us (Well maybe a little), or just say you want to replace us, don't be afraid to give current members of the staff your reasons for them to be replaced.

1. To be completely honest, I think they all, except ExplodingBoxes, should be replaced from the staff team. I almost never see any of them on MCJ, but I see Boxes almost everyday. I've also never seen Droz, Nico, Caldrin, or Countypo help anyone on the server, but Boxes has helped me PLENTY of times to put me in his debt. I really don't see any other reasons why they aren't fit to be there. I also have no reason as to why I would be better fit for their position other than the fact that I actually try to get on everyday or so.

2. I don't have any siblings and I never tell anyone my passwords. I'm almost always changing them anyway. But because this is an application, I will pretend like I had a sibling or told a friend my password. I would choose to appeal this by doing the right thing and let everyone know that it wasn't me and that I'm sorry for my brother's behavior, but knowing that there is no way to prove that it was my brother and not me, I would man up and take the blame anyway.

3. I almost never see any of them online so I don't know, but if that were to actually happen, I would tell someone and, even though I would get demoted and banned, publicly show that I actually care about people on this server. I never judge people, I always get to know what kind of person I'm dealing with before I ever do anything that would affect them in a good or bad way. I would try to force them to stop and try to reason them out of banning the person. I would also take screenshots of what was going on to help prove that they are abusing their powers on an innocent minecrafter.

If I had the chance to replace a staff member I would have to pick Droznight. I never see him on and honestly didn't even know that he was part of the staff team until now. Since he is hardly ever on i dont feel that he is doing his job of moderating the server and helping the community. I feel like I would be better suited for his position because I am on the server almost every day and I also feel like I am a useful member of the community. I always try to help low ranked members when no staff are online and I have brought a lot of new players onto the server in the last few months.

I would accept my punishment since this would be my fault and I would appologize to all the people that this affected and to the whole community. I would appeal on the forums and hope that the staff would understand and forgive me and allow me back on the server even with a reduced rank and If I was I would go to measures to make sure that this would never happen again. If I was not allowed back on the server then I would accept this sadly and I guess I would try to find a new server to play on.

If this situation happened to me I would first try to convince them that this was a bad idea and that they were abusing their power. If they ignored me and followed through with this anyway I would make a post on the forums explaining what had happened and try to get in contact with Kommy or one of the admins. Since I don't have any evidence I would just hope that the other staff and admins would at least look into this but if they didn't believe me and i was banned I can honestly say that I would be angry but I would just sign off on the forums without making too much of a scene out of respect for the server and hope that the staff involved in this would be found out and punished.
