How Long Have You Been On MCJ: About one year, but i did not sign up onto the MCJ forum until Dec. 11, 2011.
Postcount (At Time Of Application): I have yet to post on any topic/post on the MCJ forums, but would like to in the future.

Do you have Mumble? (If not why not): No, i don not have mumb
le at the moment. I have not really had any interest in going on mumble, but I am contemplating trying it out.
Have you ever been jailed/banned? (If so, why/how many times):No, i have never been jailed or banned and do not intend to be in the future .

Question 1

You may go straight from whatever rank you are right now, to completely replacing the user that you chose. Answer:

If I had to replace any staff on MCJ it would have to be, in my opinion Korthic. He has been very inactive as of late and in my eyes if anyone on MCJ was to be replaced it would be the most rational decision to change his position with anothers. If I were to take korthic's place as a server staff I would help with problems within the server of which he cannot because of his current inactivity, also if kortic were to be more active he would be able to help out with many issues on the server such as PEX.

Suppose that you're accepted for the VIP application, and you share this with a close friend or sibling who also plays Minecraft. Unfortunately for you, that friend/sibling is a jerk, and logs into your account while you are not in the house. They then proceed to grief people, tpkill, jail tons of people, and cuss out the staff. You know that we punish players by the account on this server, and that the punishment will go directly to you. How do you choose to appeal this?

Answer:

I do not give any of my passwords out to anyone but in the event of someone gaining access to my Minecraft account and doing destructive things to other players and the MCJ server and i was to get in trouble for something that i know i did not do. First I would find the thread on which my punishment is posted and appeal in a calm and assertive manor and hope that the Admin or other staff member understands and believes my current situation and explanation. If they still did not believe my appeal i would try to contact the person in other ways such as through mumble etc. and try to explain to them again and in more detail. I would not however do this is the Admin or other staff asked me not to. I would simply accept the fact that i had been banned and hope that eventually they would realize the mistake a allow me back to the server.

You’re a new staff member and nobody really trusts you that much yet, and Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking are threatening to have you demoted and banned if you rat on them, and you have no evidence except for your word. How do you react to this situation?

Answer.

In the event of a such a situation think at first off I would attempt to talk them out of doing such a thing and to take a more rational course of action such as confronting him about the situation or asking him kindly to stop. If this did not work I would then contact another trusted member of the MCJ staff and alert them of what is happening, via pm, mumble or other. If other did not believe me i would approach the player who is being an annoyance to Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking and ask him if he could stop bothering the staff and if he could possibly apologize to them. I neither of these possible solutions were to work and my attempts were discovered by Caldrin, Countypo, and TheDoleking and i was to be banned or demoted i would then post an appeal on the forum describing what had been done to me and the circumstances of the event.

Answer:

All the staff on the sever is great but if i had to pick one staff to replace it would be drozknight. the reason that i would do this is because whenever iam on i dont see drozknight on as much as other staff members.I fell that i play on the server more so thats why i would be better suited for ther postion.

Answer:

if some one hacks my acount i would post a appeal on the fourms saying how someone hacked on my acount and that i now have my password changed so i hope you guys understand. I also would take full blame for this and would not bug anyone else if you guys decied not to unban me.

answer:

Frist i wouald try to talk caldrin countypo and thedoleking out of doing this but if they where going to continue to do this i would have to tell some one higer rank such as a overlorad or a admin. i would not care if i got baned because every one has a right to play on the server and it would not be fun if people baned or doing nothing wrong

and if this did happen i got a capture card so i would just take a video of the whole deal and send it to a overyloard or a admin.

Mumble?: I do not have mumble, but if I end up getting VIP I would download it and learn how to use it as much as I can. I just haven't had any real need for mumble at this time.
Have you ever been jailed/banned?: I have been jailed by Zerathule for about 3-5 seconds as a joke. He then threw snowballs at me. I thought it was comical at least.
Do You like Lion King?: Lion King is the best Disney movie of all time. Who doesn't want to watch an uncle kill his brother and have the son want to take revenge (Lion King is Hamlet just with animals and songs, so much better).

I think Countypo spawned a ghast in my zombie spawner when I was making it, so he of course has to stay. I voted for Nico during the community manager election (which was kinda useless since they both won) so I can't get rid of her. Boxes helps everyone on the server and just got CM and is doing a great job at it, so he has to stay in power. Caldrin has shown up a little more often and I think he has done a good job though out my time on the server, he has to stay. Although Korthic hasn't been on much as of lately, I know how much he does for the server. Now Drozknight, no matter how much I like you and how helpful you were, out of the choices given, you should go. Droz hasn't been on lately and doesn't have the high power like Korthic so hasn't done too much for the server. Now for the second part of the situation. I would be better for the staff position because I would have more weekly hours on the server. Furthermore, I am not trying to be a suck-up to all of the staff, just want to show my process of illumination I used to choose out of the choices given.

If my sibling/friend got hold of my account and then terrorized the server, I would happily take the ban and wait the time to appeal. I would say that it is all my fault and that I have changed my password and all privacy setting on my computer. I would also request to be demoted back to Advanced Builder immediately because this should never had happened and wouldn't have happened if i wasn't VIP. I would want a strict and swift punishment. I would then serve my time with the ban and then come back to the server at my a lower position.

I would not be afraid of the demotion or the ban, so I would try to contact one of the other community managers or an admin or even Kommy himself. I would most likely personal massage them on the website stating the situation and then asking to talk to them on the Mumbl I would have downloaded after getting VIP. I would also want the culprits on mumble at the same time so we can have an impromptu trial with whoever the highest ranking out of party member to preside over this trial and act at judge and "executioner" (ban hammer) if needed. I would also try to take screenshots of the chat as evidence if at all possible.

1. I would pick Caldrin Not because hes a corrupt staff member but because he is never on. I would be on often and would help anyone I possibly could.


2. I would tell the full and honest truth and change the password so the problem doesn't worsen, also I would find some punishment for them. I would hope for you accept sincerest apology. Then I would help them rebuild when I get back.


3. I would first screenshot the situation as solid evidence and I would still tell kommy about their plot because the truth is more important then my reputation.

Answer: I wouldn't pick any of them. Each bring an unique way of helping others to the server and if you were to take one of them out it could mess up the balance that has been part of the server for some time now and could cause instability among the members of the server because of removing someone they have known and may even trust for such a long time. If i had no choice and had to pick someone it would be Droz sadly. I haven't seen him on the server much he hasn't been around on mumble much either and Just in general hasn't seem to have done much for the server. Every time i've been on working on my project i just haven't seen him around i think i would be better fitted cause i would be sure to be on as much as i could to help others and help with the server in any way i could.

Answer: If my account has been used in such a manner i would take whatever punishment deemed fit for what has been done and then to appeal this i would let everyone know that i take every bit of responsibility for what had happened and make sure i changed my account password and my computer password and generally make it so that there would be no way for this to happen again and if they deemed in needed i could take a demotion.

Answer: Seeing as not many trust me and all i have is my word i would find someone in the staff that is at or higher up then all of them and let them know of whats being planed and to have them keep an eye on them for them to see it for themselves. If this were to cause me to be demoted then so be it. There is no reason for them to get away with something like that just because someone is annoying to them.

Answer:
Its been very hard to answer this question, but even how hard as this question is, I choose to answer it, so i was told to give three reasons and one example of those. After thinking for about 2 days, my decision landed at Countypo. This is not because he is a bad staff, everyone of these choices are really good staffs. My first reason; he has been more and more inactive on server after time since I joined the server. My second reason; he can sometimes mess a bit with others creations. Last reason; sometimes it seems like he is mad at someone, even if he might not be it at all, it may just seem like it for other players. This is the place where my example comes, I remember one day on the old temp server for 1.3, he was just flying around near spawn there, but when a player asked him a question, he just kept flying around quietly, almost like he was ingnoring people that talked to him. I would fit hes job better because I would be a bit more active on the server, staffs is needed all the time.

Answer:
If this was a real situation I would use the forums as a way of communicate to the staff, but the first thing i would do was making my computer safe with all the security i could get so it never happens again. Then i would go on the forums immediately to explain the situation the staff, I would start referring to how I have behaved myself on the server before and tell the staff that I have never been punished on the server, and I have been here for over a year. As long as the staffs understand my situation, I would take the punishment and be better with my computer security next time. Another little thing I would try to do is that I would try getting the person that did it punished if he was on the server, that would be fair, but if the person is not on the server he would have got the punishment in real life by speaking clearly to him about this.

Answer:
If this was happening on the server I would use my F2 button all the way until i had enough pictures, then I would talk to Kommy about this, by PM'ing him on the forums. Thats the easy part, here comes the hard one, I would have to ingnore about me getting demoted because there are other staff members to promote me back, so I would go straight to the staffs that were planning this and tell them how this would lead to in the future; them punished, the player might spread the word coward staff on Minecraft Junkie and it would be empty of newbies. Then I would go talk to the player carefully about hes behavior towards the staff that annoyed them and hopefully this would end with a "Im sorry" from one of them and the other would answer with the same.

Out of the choices i think it should be Drozknight, mainly because he is never on. Like my entire time on this server he has only been online while i have like maybe 10 times. So if i were to take his place i would most definatly be on alot more than him. I am nice to everyone on the server. I always try to help the defaults with places to build, supplies and just general help.

I would accept the ban, and wait my appeal time i would then make an appeal saying something along the lines of "My friend/sibling logged onto my account and did (whatever they did). I have changed my password and i would like to apologize to the people this may have hurt. I would love to repay you guys with what you lost or IG Money

I would first try to talk them out of it. But if they don't listen to me i would begin to take screen shots of everything they said and post it in the server news area of the forums stating what they planned to do with the pictures and that the person who is being framed is completely Innocent.

I am annoyed on how people are saying "I wouldn't replace any of the members currently", we wont be offended if you outright say you hate us (Well maybe a little), or just say you want to replace us, don't be afraid to give current members of the staff your reasons for them to be replaced.

If I had to replace someone i would rather be demoted to member for another 2 months because they deserve it more than me. but if i had to i wouldn't be able to make a choice anyway because i have not talked to most of them.
If I had an annoying brother that did that i would say some argument in my defense and accept the punishment if I get one
and if Caldrin/Countypo/TheDoleking were plotting to do something to the server and i found out and they threatened me i would take a screenshot of the chat and send it to the staff without care of my rank.
