I think that ADVBuilders+ should be able to get a new home, but to have the command allowed for them, they have to pay a hefty sum of moolah, I was thinking 85,000.

What would happen then to the people that already have multiple homes from donating? Give them another or another feature?

No...Multiple homes is a donator ability if we make a way to buy it in game it will ruin the point of giving it to donators in the first place If you want multiple homes then donate 10 bucks it helps the server immensely and you benefit from it or have your project in the new world with your home set there and get resources from the old world where you can warp.
