Well then if he followed the rules then he would have to private message me or caldrin so we can make a thread and figure out why he was banned. He has not followed any of the rules.

No it means you just have to look at Korthic's post, look on the bottom of it for two people with the word pm next to it, click it and send a pm to Kor saying "I've been banned.I would like to appeal but I cannot find my ban report."

I will give you a second chance, but ONE screw up and you are gone for good.
