while it fixed it for the pvp ranks it appears that every rank has the issue.

are you sure?? those ranks always been already listed in worldguard. Its not essentials thats stopping it but worldguard in the blacklisted items

Yes all the same issues that were affecting the pvp ranks is happening to the other ranks.
