Theres no prof espert xraed and I think Gman is correct.

I think the wiser course of action would be to judge this by the evidence that has been presented rather than what we think we remember, or at least alert Espert to the possibility that his ban was in error. Otherwise this has the potential to leave him somewhat bitter, which would not be good for the community. I have wrongly banned people for wallhacking before, and the results are never fun.

Here's a good way to figure this out. Go back to the tunnel where boxes said their xraying was obvious, and use logblock to see who did the digging.

the problem with that is if he was their he is still accused. I think the chat itself shows his innocence

Even if you don't think He was xraying himself, he clearly knew that it was happening, and didn't bother to report, or tell his friend to stop. Guilty by association. On top of this, if the two of them were mining together, even if only one has the xraying pack, They likely both profited on the cheated diamonds. Both bans will stay in place. Both parties are guilty.

The chat clearly shows espert notices his friend buster dig down one block and find diamond and then questioning xray or some sort. He was with him BUT probably dosnt get any of the ores buster mines.

I were online while this conflict started(As you can see on page 1 on what Boxes wrote while he was on IRC) and like Nico said Espert did not report about the X-Raying, he said in public; "X-raying texturepack" but did not do anything more than that, like he accepted the X-Raying.
After Espert got in jail his friend, buster, said that himself was X-Raying and wanted Espert out to be in jail himself, but then Espert said: "No, he didnt" to try to protect buster from not getting to jail which you also could call rule breaking because he tryed to slip away the rules about X-Raying.

Espert didnt think buster had xray but questioned him on it then doubted he had it when he said it. Why is there so much comotion over this? there is no reason for espert to be banned and punished for this. We can't just ban everyone thats friends with sonone that xrayed.

OR
Buster said that if anyone xrayed it was me. He was potentially saying this to get espert unjailed but I do believe that none of them xrayed and if anyone did it was buster with a xray texture pack which I don't believe work...

Has anyone checked there mines to see if they X-rayed? Because from what I've seen it looks like its just chat evidence.

Boxes physically checked the mines themselves This thread discussion is unneeded please drop it They are BOTH banned and neither are getting unbanned. The decision was made with not 1 or 2 people but with 3 staff and a VIP(Nico got involved for the 3rd one) Both of them are to blame there WAS Xraying going on and Xray Texture packs DO work.
