ya its a good idea i think but there should probably be some sort of rules like you have to have a certain amount of people there or visiting or actually using it at leas a few days every month or it will be deleted

Ehh. I was going to say only the most popular towns, community builds or hubs get warps. Now, 50k was the normal price and it was meant to be a lot of money ( to some people), you can't go off building them right and left, it must be a town or as I said above.

Yes i think the rules/requirements should be

1) Has to be a town or collection of buildings. 4 or more! (Plots count also)
2) $75K This is the fairest price by far. 50K too easy, 75K you have to work.
3) have to be a Veteran or Higher. Just like tping, you can't make one for Anyone below that.
4) Has to be checked by staff to see if it's worthy. Kinda like an adv builder vote. 2 VIP+ votes

I say old methods. If 50k is easy to get, 25k more is easy to get? Where's the difference?

Stargates used to be able to be created by member+, it's not a trust-or-not trust.

Yes, I would agree they must be approved by a staff or VIP, in the old day it was a Staff who would assist usually.

still shouldnt the gates or warps be deleted when noone visits anymore? that tends to happen with most communiies on the server. 1st everyone lives there then people either lose interest of no longer use the server and then finally noone visits unless they own the place. that may be an extreme example but that did happen a few times. so just saying :delete ones no longer used if it causes lag (which i does right?)
