I'm sorry for my actions i knew it was wrong, i shouldn't have even done it or listened to anyone else. I just would like to get back to building, i'm not trying to make anyone have any sympathy for me.I just wanted a few enderpearls to get out of the nether. First I'm accused o xray then i "improperly handled a case (that I could've done better on)" then finally I am temp banned for stealing and I don't even know what happened. Also I'm sure nico as kind as you are enjoyed deleting my iron,diamond, and gold. I dont know what happened to junkie. I guess I have 0% chance of getting VIP back too. That was the one thing I really looked forward too, to helping others, to having fun, and hanging out my friends the staff but I'm sure by now I was a failed member of junkie. I truly want to be apart of this server but it seems as though no matter what small mistake I make punishment finds its way to me. I really trying to be sincere here and if you guys of junkie believe so let me have one more chance and I assure you you won't regret it. Guys, girls, and members of junkie, I am Pierce Brown and I am reaching out. The least you can do is grab hold of my hand and pull me out of whatever slump I have put myself into. I just wanna be apart of something and this server, this wonderful server was one of the main things. Staff, I plead to you for mercy, forgiveness, and acceptance. I miss what trust we had. I also would like to apologize to Kaos and Maxse. Guys I'm sorry for stealing and promise 110% it will NOT happen again. I wanna apologize to nico also for letting you down on the whole "I won't mess up again" but we're all people and people make mistakes. If you get what I'm saying here, reconsider my punishment and if not I want let you guys know, I won't forget you. Junkie is a true home for anyone looking for fun, adventure, and friends. So I beg of you let me rejoin it. This is PMB and I'm sorry.

I accept your apology but you aren't perma-banned you can come back in 3 days when your ban is up. The only condition is you have lost the VIP rank you can apply again the next time we have sign ups and if you are good from now till then you may be made a VIP again but that isn't entirely up to me. Be good!

I think your ban will probably not be lifted until the full 3 days, simply because of the nature of your rank and the offense. But don't give up hope. I've done some stupid shit on this server. I've been rude to admins, rude to other players, abused powers, and all sorts of other things that I don't like to mention. The only thing you can do is get back on the straight and narrow, be nice to people, and help out in the community.

Well it's unfortunate I will lose my rank. Thanks for consideration guys. I hope I can earn VIP back in the future Applications but till then I'm not sure I will have much activity. Still might get mumble though but I can't predict the future. (If I could I wouldn't be writing this ) Sorry for everything peace for now.

So first off the whole stealing part is just something odd gone wrong
Second, the ya he knew better but I honestly think that he was planning on returning the items and just needed them for a bit
Third, you must have a freaking good English grade cause that was the best appeal I have ever read and I do not see how that appeal l did not work.
Fourth, I think he should have his rank back
Fifth, if e doesn't get his rank back I am sure he will get it back just like I did, and and look at me now. I I was demote when I was vip and now I am staff
Seventh, don't go inactive just because our not vip you should be more active to get iback! If you become less active you may never get it again.

Needless to say I agree with Kolo. I strongly advise the Staff reconsiders my demotion (possibaly a temp demotion?) because these incendents were mostly misunderstandings (but they were my fault and I understand that. The only thing I don't understand is the x-raying thing) and I once again apologize for my actions. As you all know, I messed up REAL bad but that can change if I'm given a second chance with my rank. In response to Kolo:

I wasn't planning on going inactive I was going to take a break and sort things out not forget you guys like I previously said. I've made to many friends here to do something as stupid as that. Doing such a thing would be worse than doing this twice. I just wanna get back to doing what I feel(and hope everyone else feels) is best-helping others and the server. That was the whole reason I applied for VIP. Without it helping is a bit inconvienced. For example: A default needs a place to stay but is unable to apply for member. Taking the journey from spawn to my house is pretty long where as with VIP a quick tp and I'm able to give some materials to help him out. That's why I feel I should have my rank back. If that isn't helping I guess I don't know what it means and the rank isn't nessecary(Idk how to spell that....). So I'm sure by now (or at least I hope) everyone sees what I'm getting at. I'm not a cheating, lying, stealing, igonorant jerk, I'm just another guy who wants to make this server and its members feel better and know when they need help they can get it. I believe that's a right EVERY Junkie member should have and if I were given back my rank I could ensure it.
