Heya i just wanna Know if there is a new rule i did not read that allows VIPs to mute someone just cuz the specific VIP dont wanna hear what a user said. No Offense, No Swears, No Badlanguage, just Opinions.

I get a mute from Misterwalkers just cuz he dont wanna hear what i say.... and as i know its a abuse. And if everyone get a Mute only cuz he ,,disturbes,, a vip with thinks that he dont wanna hear. I have to say that this is like censoreship from the Goverment for bad reasons.

in this case MisterWalkers spammed not me, cuz he wrote a text with the same content over 3 times.

Pls check the irc logs and test it. I didnt spamed, i just had a conversation with for a VIP unpleasant content. If you guys have a problem with a politly told opinion so you should think about changing your acting. A member of Staff crew isnt God but still can act like a dictator.

I just said that its funny that Kenpachi get Vip cuz he Xrayed, Walkers said something and another user asked him something and than he said ,, cuz Ken is my friend,, and i told, that is the main fault if its not what you did but who speaks for you to get a rank up (BTW i like ken too and joked it so.. nya) After that Walkers get angry i want that i stop writing anythings, i told him that opinions are free and that i dont made offense, he said I get it so stop talking, i said, (cuz HE spamed that many times) that notch implemented a chatfunktion and if he dont wanne hear my thoughts he can enable it, and than i get a mute

serious its a nice server for thoose who dont need to think or speak about things wich going wrong, but i realy think about leaving forever, your arbitrary punishments just for beeing disliked by Staffcrew or saying unpleasant things about one of them and the Mojority nepotism like acting smashing every fun out from my sympathy towards this server. I did my best to be more fair like others, i self indicated me for Tp killing a user (no one had remind it if i dont) I asked for demoting me cuz i never finished a projekt for adv. And yet I am treated like stupid griefing default.... Serious guys you should think about your prioritys and maybe just punch defenseless animals like all the other Power-hungry wanna be dictators.

EZ I was there watching what was happening you were told MULTIPLE times to drop the subject because it was being disruptive. Your entire demeanor during the 'incident' was a major disruption to the others on the server.

I'm sorry to be the one to inform you of this but the Chain of command for the server is
Admin -> Community Manager -> Staff -> VIP -> Veteran -> Member -> Default

Because of that chain of command it means that the VIP are the Deputies to the Staffs Sheriff That means that they have the ability to handle things when the Staff are either not able to or not willing to. Because they have these extra abilities they are HAND CHOSEN by MULTIPLE staff to get that position. There is an exceedingly small amount of people that have made VIP that have had questionable Power Usage. Those people have been dealt with swiftly and quickly. MistaWaters(not MisterWalkers) is someone that we believe is more than capable of using his abilities to handle situations. That being said you claim there was power abuse we take those claims very seriously in an attempt to keep this server fun to play on while also enforcing the rules. We here at Minecraft Junkie HQ pride ourselves in making your play experience as fun as possible.

Spamming:

Many online games allow players to contact each other via player-to-player messaging, chat rooms, or public discussion areas. What qualifies as spam varies from game to game, but usually this term applies to all forms of message flooding, violating the terms of service contract for the website. This is particularly common in MMORPGs where the spammers are trying to sell game-related "items" for real-world money, chiefly among these items is in-game currency.

Since I went ahead and grabbed a useful version of the Spamming definition that applied to our scenario let me enlighten you with a bit of Internet knowledge.

Spamming can be a variety of things it is USUALLY the same message being repeated near endlessly however it is possible to spam by; Making multiple posts on a forum without waiting for someone else to reply, posting messages in a chat engine(MC chat box) that have differing content that is uneeded, Continuing to post after someone has told you to stop is not entirely spamming but it does hold some wait.

Let me apply this to real world scenarios for you: Your being loud and disruptive in a restaurant where everyone can hear you. Argueing with a police officer about something that has little to no value. The police officer tells you to stop being such a disruption. You quiet down for a minute or two then continue and do it again. They ask you to stop again and you repeat the process. The third time you are arrested for Disrupting the Peace. Which is something that you CAN get arrested for here in the United Stated of America. I know you are German though I don't know if you live in Germany nor am I aware of if they have a similar rule there but that is how it works in MCJ as well. If someone is disrupting the peace and are asked to stop and they don't punishment can be dished out accordingly.

TLDR:
It wasn't power abuse, You deserved the mute, and your opinion was taken into account.

First of all I'm really not happy with the tone that you've taken on. I like you enough EZ, but every time you get on there's drama of some kind. I'm starting to think there's either a language gap or something that's causing more issues than there needs to be. That being said, in regards to your post:

If you feel that someone is abusing powers, Please, send a staff+ that you are okay talking to a message. This is not the kinda dirty laundry that needs to be posted on the public forums for every member to read up on. There's TONS of staff on through out the day who would pass your message along for you if you don't wanna talk to an Admin/CM. Or, it's very easy to sign up on the forums, you can make an anonymous account and send a PM to any member of our staff team.

Secondly, You have had a habit of pushing the limits of what's against the rules, and what isn't. You always paint yourself in a light that seems like you've done no harm. But a few times now, It's been proven that you like to push issues to the point of frustration for the other party. I really think they single best advice I would be able to give to you is this: When someones done something to irritate you, Log out, count to 60, and THEN decide how you want to go about dealing with the situation.

Thirdly, I am whole heartedly offended that you accuse us of not letting you on the server for something so silly. There are rules, and checks and balances in place to make sure these things do not happen on MCJ. And to out right accuse the staff team of something like that is down right stupid.

Mista's mute was approved on mumble, you were warned multiple times to drop the subject, now for my x-raying; I took my punishment with open arms then gaining VIP back once again wasn't easy in any shape, way, or form. It took 3 months and several new applications to gain their trust back again. They were incredibly shocked and disappointed in me for the longest time and its something thats going to follow me through this server forever. They may not think i know but I'm watched constantly by vanished staff and etc.

Don't feel alone i know plenty of people who refuse to see me as VIP but my loyalty is here, I've proved it over and over untill its known that Kenpachi isn't the person he used to be. Now i can understand how you feel that the staff have a tight nit opperation of friends that controll the server but its more of a jury that deside on issues and improvements of the server, for exsample; your "spamming" took 10m of just straight out talking between all of us to come to a result.

You may think that they dislike you but they really have no comments torward you when things like this happen, just like me disapointment has been seen in the both of us. lucky rule #7 is what brought me back to the top and it can do the same for you.

Hi Ez , I actually like you but I did notice the same pattern. Sometimes you come across a little harsh. Not sure why. If its just you know... text just looks that way or language. Not sure, and don't take it personally but thats how it seemed to me when I listened in or more like watched text via console over some some these arguments. If you are that pissed and trust me... I get that way too, that is why I'd rather have Nico or Boxes or our staff to deal with it cause I do have less patience then most of them, lol, but again if you get pissed, just log off dude for like a minute and take a deep breath. Its just a game and sometimes its not worth it getting into it.
And if you truly think there is a problem, you can contact Nico or Boxes, they are hell of a lot better dealing with this and they can check into some of these power abuse and things.
As far as promoting people with previous black marks on their records. It did took us a long time and watching to make sure that this person changed his behavior. It was not just hey we like you so we gonna let it pass, we did discuss it and kept a close eye on this person. Sometimes people do deserve second chance and not by having them ask us 20 times a day " hey I changed, can I be VIP??", its more like their current actions and behavior.
Again, Ez I do like you from playing with you on server and just seeing your posts on forums, but I think sometimes you just flip like some of other players. And again... shit happens and it could be really frustrating, so step back and take a deep breath and I don't know take a bite to eat, lol and jump back on.

At any rate, if i have right (or better think i have or feel its worthy) i wont be quiet. And first its a Chat i dont be able to be loud or noisy. Second, i just told a joking opinion. (i say it twice i like Ken too?) and recived a ,,my friend so dont talk,, reaction. I admit that i have no patience with somethings like that and get fast mad with thinks like that (Or thinks i feel like that) cuz, and thats is obviously my personal character fault, i discuss everything until the oposition is defeated or i am convinced. No matter what kind of silly discuss it is. Like i said, my fault and sorry for that. BTW In Germnay the Police act like at your example, but only if there is any kind of agrresiv acting. Yes i have noticed that i mutated to a next Bane_of_endermen and im sorry for that... but samething, i rage to quickly if a started conversation or discuss goes into a direction that ends with a punishment just only for words against a Majority friend. Maybe i have to edit that was i wrote under Daltons quote. It is serious my fault, cuz i´f been punished at school and at work manytimes for reasons like that i assumed here. That is not an excuse but a reason for my acting.

looks like, i get a mute and wanna go back on mcj after i raged down a bit and i cant. After a while i was able to and bally said oh round 2, i asked what round? he uu and it happened again. I checked it with many servers and i was able to conect on all without MCJ. so is the logical conclusion that is have something to do personaly with me (i allso checked dynmap several times). If not i have to excuse me for the presumption.

I just excuse me to be a Trouble maker, and i hope you belive, what wasnt anytime my intentions. I have nothing smart to say to fix that. Just only that iam sometimes a bad mad man with a tricky Charakter....There is a story i have to comunicate for example.. i write poetry in my mother language and at one time in Germany happens some Amok things, everyone just only wrote poetrys like ,,what have he done,, such a ashole,, ,,how he could,, and stuff, so I wrote a poetry about his view of the situation, what happens to him and the amok itself, under the poetry i wrote a long text about that i dont agree with things like that and that I just wanted to shed light on both sides only that everyone understand that not only he had a part on this fault. The result was a visiting from a LKA (Country Criminal Officer like FBI) and a SEK Team (Like swat) at my flat and a 7 days interrogation....
