Offense: Caught him breaking into Ryanator's old house, seemed to be using an xray to dig down into his tunnels, activated his Pumpkin farm and took several dozen pumpkins, took the iron ore out of his walls, and broke one or two gold blocks. Claimed that it "looked abandoned".

Course of Action: Warped him to fall and made him splat his stolen goodies everywhere, told him where to appeal, and banned him.
