Offense: Griefed the member listed below's house

Player: I_x_Am_x_Rasta

CoA: Well, for one he was not online so he does not receive a jail.
Two: He is a default or a member that just came on this server to cause strife in the community (May be wrong)

im pretty sure he was just promoted to veteran yesterday. how much did he grief anyway?

Hmm. Never seen him on much. I had to permanently ban because for some odd reason, I cannot tempban when the players are offline.
