Offences: Locked some of TheGoldenCheetah's things (most recent, two fence gates), has also griefed into his house/ areas before, killed animals as he was bringing them somewhere and so on.
Course of action: as he was offline I could not do anything but, I think he should be jailed for around 20m as all these minor things he's done add up.
