Ken: I do understand your intentions of posting and I believe to be writing this message in the same calm tone as you. Understand we did not want to ban people for a week to a month but we had to start making examples. All VIP+ members are suppose to be in mumble btw. About the rules, a few weeks ago Dole did make a post of them which Count and I argued how we need to update the rules, both for making them more descriptive and new rules such as PvP ones.Additionally this is at the end of rule #2 "and any evidence of using an exploit to give yourself an advantage will get you banned".

I hope to address this to everyone.
1.Come clean right now or we will find you and you will receive punishment
2.Don't be foolish.Listen to logic. If everyone else is smoking weed will you do it?If everyone else is jumping off a cliff will you do it?If I'm not using any glitches or hacks... should you not be like me in that aspect?Because I'm doing great, I'm having fun on mumble, some days I dig away at my 100x100 hole, but I'm having a great time just playing on an Minecraft server that is almost always up to date with a few plugins that I enjoy using and a good connection (Thank you Comrade for that) rather then some vanilla server with a cruddy connection, horrible staff, and... need I say more?

Okay I just can't believe this, first we have a staff duping and now a VIP X-raying, THIS NEEDS TO STOP.

I don't get it, when me and kolo where vip, we found some xrayers and they only got a jail... I don't like it how only a few people get in trouble for things others also do. Also, we can't use the dark room you made? I was looking forward to it and don't understand why we can't.

Ken, And Kolo, We didn't *not* punish the people you found. We watched them. Sadly, We need to have good evidence that xraying has taken place. And on top of that, to be sure it was even happening to start.

And it's not a sudden crack down. We're always looking for it. We're always punishing for it. We've just have never though the trusted members of our staff team would be doing it. (Yes, VIP are like mini staff members.) And we shouldn't need to tell people, Oh, stop xraying now please or you're going to get in trouble. You shouldn't do it to start with. And if you are.. You kinda deserve to be punished.

I've got more to say n the matter but I really have to go get ready for work, so I'll be on tonight and post my thoughts then.

If the VIPs read the rules, the VIPs are at a higher standard than the members/veterans of the server. This means, instead of a simple ban, you get banned and demoted if I cleared that up a bit. You were banned and demoted due to you being held at a higher standard (Stricter on VIPs) and due to you in particular, not anyone else, breaking the rules you were demoted.


I don't think I made myself clear there.... Anyways as Nicolu said, you shouldn't start with it in the beginning, wegunnagetcha!

I had perfect evidence about people i found and no one listened when it was in helpop or gerneral chat. i was literly in their tunnels telling staff "I found an x-ray by blue-toast-wolf" and nothing, not even a "okay" "thanks" its just sad that noone listens, and back to the rules post there may have been a post about updating the rules but i have NOT seen a single rule update besides the new ingame /rules command like i said before changing, adding, or removing laws are always avalible to the public

I think we were going to let ken off a bit lighter and not ban him, the punishments are not set in stone and different for every instance. guitar got a larger ban time because he was caught in the past and warned, he has mined a lot of diamonds while x-raying.

We are working on something different for the rules that should be ready in time with the new spawn.

People know not to hack or glitch and we are trying to step up now on catching these people because its starting to have an impact on the economy and the server. We didnt think it was this bad and that are trusted members would be doing it.

Maybe we can have a post made and let people who have x-rayed come clean and they will have a lesser punishment then if we have to hunt them down.
