i was told i wasn't going to be banned because this was my *irst a*ence(sorry the key between d and g is broken so * equals that key)(edit, i fixed my key.) now i know this may seem im ragging now but belive me im really not, cracking down on something that was just slapped on the hands before like littering gets turned into pretty much shootin meth is a timly process not an immediant one, I did this thinking "if you cant beat'em then join'em" idk how many people ive turned in for x-ray and no one even cared, no responce nothing, out of the 5 people i caught trance was the only one to get punsihed (and now guitar with this "crack down") and it was no where equal to what he got out of it. Everyone knows the risk of their actions and thats what i went into doing, knowing the risks, if no one cared then whatever ill do it too. The rule of the server is to not abuse hacks,glitches and mods to get an unfair advantage over other players, you can check my purchaces and sales i've bought my dimes from someone else and resold them, you can check the date of my x-ray to the date i sold my own dimes, and i assure you they will NOT match, i used everything i x-rayed for the public i made my brandnew house, my Huge dark room and donated it to the assasins clan to work on mcmmo stats(which they havent used please dont punsih them) Changing of laws are made avalible to the public constatly and there are acceptions to what im about to say for ex. murder but changing the conciquinces then busting people for past crimes is a little akward, its like changing the rules in the middle of a game of tag apprently now you cant touch the ground but wait.. thats exsactly where you are, if there was a post made about the new harsh punishment for x-raying i asure you more people would have stopped. I dont want to be rude but the rule system for this server does suck pretty bad we have about a max of 7-10 rules between this site and the ingame /rules command. They're not specific they're extremmly general and its why argueing goes on constantly being respectfull is pretty much the most described rule. I am a respectable person and i want you all to see me that way, i know what i did was wrong but i took the shortcut to cut down the stress it took to keep up. This may seem alot for just a temp ban responce and im greatful for getting off easy and i thank you for that. I know on mumble things get desided pretty quickly and im sure it makes sence to you but what about the rest of us? we werent there to hear you make this new punishment for things we did in the past. Of course we have access to it but i doubt every single player that joins is going to join mumble as well, no they come to THIS site to find what they need not mumble. If theres a change in our sever it needs to be stated here on THIS site. I dont want VIP back i dont want my stuff back i just what you all to know i have no regrets and ill not argue my punishment and i thank you again for actualy making this serious, this is the kinda punishment i wanted to see not take 5 dolars from someone and tell them to stop. so Thanks again and Thank you for reading
