are there any logs of him minning lots of diamonds recently? Or is it just he had 4000 in his chests?

It does not matter what markzilla "confessed" to. =/ Even if it were true, the ban would still stay in place on guitars account as the offence occurred on that specific account as he needs to keep his account inaccessible to others.

If any other action were to take place due to this evidence, I would guess it would be that another jail/ban would be placed on mark while guitars ban stayed.

phantom that makes no sense at all, he used my account to use diamonds and not getting punished for it, I did nothing, I haven't xrayed in like 2 months, and I'm banned for a month, I think that's a little unfair

A month ban seems fair. When you are unbanned, I expect that your password is changed, or this may happen again.

Yeah, As ephantom was mentioning, We punish by account. If you let him on your account, and he uses it to do *anything* against the rules. It's going to come down on your head. We have no way of proving who was sitting at the other end of that computer.. so we're going to hold you responsible for it.

And Yes there was LB proof that he was xraying.
