Out rageous Accusations made

I was recently accused of griefing. I have been banned for the server despite the fact it is the only way i play minecraft. I do not play single player and this is/ WAS my favorite server of 2.

Secondly the accusation on made by Countypo (Staff) was incorrect and he can offer no evidence and i find at offensive that he would make an accusation as such. If anyone else has experienced something like this i would very much appreciate a message via the website giving details as i believe certain staff on this server are disrespecting and abusing the control they have on the server.

Where did you grief? Did Countypo actually write a ban report for your... Well in your case unfair ban, we have a plugin called LogBlock, this gives us evidence that someone may have griefed, stolen, etc. If Countypo has evidence that you griefed a building he banned for a right cause. Otherwise this appeal will be taken into consideration. Remember if you have any trouble with the staff or VIPs or any other player you can PM the admins, Kommy or Korthic, Caldrin (Community manager), Or some staff that you trust the information with.

hello. May i first of all thank Xeronalifor being so polite and meeting my requests immediately. Obviously my intention is to resolve the situation as quickly as possible so I continue to play minecraft. As I previously mentioned I very much enjoy participating in your servers activities. I have examined the evidence ct gave and I am certain I can provide an explanation for each accusation. If you would like to read this then I shall type it up. I would like to thank Xeronali for your co operation. It seems the it is simply several unfortunate misunderstandings. Now that I see it from your point of view I understand why u may have thought I was grieving. For these reasons I would like to apologise for the approach I took to the situation as I see it was uncalled for. I will ensure my friend commends u for the extremely efficient admin system you have. I shall post my explanations tommorow at 12 o clock at the understanding that I will regain aces to your server by 1 o clock, I trust you shall also allow wawafish to resume, as ee were before the ban

I refuse to make any promises about unbanning someone until they have given a logical and justifiable reason to do so. Also korthic, please lock this thread, so the discussion will be in the proper place

Firstly the double step i was accused of breaking. I have a setting on my computer which enables me to mine quickly without holding down the mine key. I had been mining in the grass next to that area and forgot to take it off and hence the block was broken. I took the right course of action and replaced the block as soon i realised i had done this.

A few of the accusations were concerning a house. I did this when it was night and me and my friend (wawafish) needed a place to stay for the night. I do not believe this is griefing as we returned the house to its normal state after this.

Also there are several accusations made about breaking blocks on the 'floating town'. My friend and i broke these when we fell down in to the sea below and we couldn't breathe. We died several times trying to retrieve our items form below there and hence i do not believe this is classed as griefing either as we would have died had we not tried to escape.

I believe i have responded to all the accusations made and i do hope that the staff will allow us to rejoin the server. I hope you will see that it has all been a misunderstanding. I am truly sorry and would like you to ensure you all that i am by no means a griefer, nor is wawafish and i trust you will take the righteous course of action.

Also I have a question for countypo. What did he mean by your move. I suspect.it is a form of impolite sarcasm. I respect those who respect me.

Since those are minor griefs I believe you will be un-banned, but you must remember that we are keeping a very close eye on all players. This isn't my decision, you must Private message Korthic for him to consider it.


Countypo likes large noses and mustaches.
By "Your Move" he meant that it's your turn to provide an objection to the evidence he has.
