The rules are there for a reason. These people obviously can't follow them. If you are on the receiving end, you can contest the ban here also.

WaterFlow has griefed a couple times but I never see him on. Today Capt_Ghost asked me for a LB on his railroad track and WaterFlow had tooken more than 25. Can a staff+ offline jail him or something?

I *believe* when it says that i literally means water, flowing. Like, Someone dumped a bucket, or broke open a garden water. I could be wrong.
