Why have I been rolled back?

So I just logged onto the server to find that a few days of work is completely missing (everything from the 1.0.0 update) and that is a ton of stuff: my enchanting table, bookshelves and my exp grinder. I don't know what happened; it's not grief, I checked. The logs are still there but the stuff physically isn't. It could just be a glitch, but it seems to be a bit like a rollback. If anyone can help, please do.
