Offense: Started out by being annoying to another member who turned out to be his brother, while attempted to defuse the situation he got snotty with me, and then decided to grief the area once I told him I had proof it was his brothers build, and he could be forced to relocate if the brother wished. I told him if he kept acting up I would punish him, so he then started doing things on purpose to get in trouble. I jailed him for two hours, which he promptly started spamming the crap out of chat. I warned him once, he kept it up, and I banned him.
Welcome to Appeal, but it'll have to be a good one, considering all his actions today show he has no regard for our community or the rules in which we keep.
