1.7 crashed?

From my end at least, it looks like the 1.7 server has crashed. The map just shows the same two people in the same spot forever, and I can't connect to it. It's been like this since last night. Is something going on?

I think i found the issue. Someone had made a small automated Sugar cane farm and the redstone was causing some problems. I have removed the redstone that the console was complaining about so i hope it is fixed.
