Hello, I am old_narswall, i would like to make an appeal for chuckysaurus. i believe it was a misunderstanding that he was banned. he was a member of our community along with his brother and most likely took something from his brothers chest or home, and since his brother (D3m3tr1_k) has abandoned the server and disappeared IRL he was unable to say that he wasn't griefed, If the victim was any member of our group as well he is also forgiven group members would be at that time: Glomb10, Old_narswall, Over900pandas, Jonobear23, Mpjp, D3m3tr1_k, Nighthawk_76, and Fex_98. If he stole from any of these players he is forgiven. If he stole from another player I will try to help him find this thread so he can submit his complaint.

He actually broke into someone named Boosted_RB25 house, took everything from a couple chests and changed one of the signs that was outside to say "my house" and when we tryed to talk to him in game about it he never said anything and never responded or said anything in chat.

Alright, well Ill get him on here to explain himself. oh and he doesn't use the chat its always blacked out Im pretty sure, that or he just doesn't pay attention to the chat.

Well regardless of that he was warped to jail, so he should have at least attempted to communicate. His appeal will be considered if/when he decides to make one.

honestly I don't entirely doubt it was him, he has had a habit for messing with people in the past, but hes changed a lot during the last few months, its actually a wonderful story of change. i can assure you he is a very different person now.

I should be able to get him on sometime tomorrow.
