Offence: Griefed some of the glowstone blocks at the reception hall

Course of action: Apperently warned a lot by Count then a temp ban for at least two days

Other staff: Count[staff], Korthic[CM] DrozKnight[VIP] and everyone else who was in the mumble

OK, I admit to breaking some of the glowstone. But Count only kept kicking me because I was breaking a boat he was sitting in. It was a joke. I would have gladly given the supplies back but he never asked for them. The glowstone was going to be a joke that me and seraph were pulling. We were going to take the glowstone. Turn them back into block and put them in a chest. If we were asked to, we would have gladly put them back.
When I was banned I was turning the glowstone I had back into blocks. I was going to start repairing. But I was then banned by count.
I don't know if anyone noticed but someone was kicking alot of people during the reception and afterwards. I have reason to believe most of the kicks were from count, he seemed hot tempered at the time.
Another thing I also noticed was that someone was kicked for language. But everytime I was kicked by count he either ssaid Piss off or Fuck off. How is this fair? Just saying.

Well if you promise to give AsianNinja about 16 blocks of glowstone (she used her own glowstone for repair) then I may say something to Korthic but some tips 1.When you break glowstone it doesn't always give back 4 glowstone dust (So unless you got four glowstone dust from every block you destroyed then that would be griefing unless you would have used your own glowstone dust) and 2.Griefing is never a joke unless it's with a friend that *WOULD* say "I'll get you tomorrow at school." and *they're cool with it* or something like that. I do have a picture of you being kicked saying "PISS off" and since Count doesn't know you he may not care about your feelings. Also the reason for all the kicks and bans*****THIS WAS A VERY IMPORTANT DAY FOR KORTHIC AND LEXI SO KORTHIC SAID IF ANYONE CAUSES ANY SIGN OF TROUBLE (refer to tip 2) THEY WOULD BE BANNED OR KICKED*****Also I will suggest the same thing I suggested to Destolo, get and use mumble (yes I know you have skype but we use mumble) and I say this again (for future readers) you do not need a mic, only speakers or headset or something to listen to us. Also one final suggestion don't post anything more about wanting to be unbanned (unless told otherwise), get mumble, talk to everybody, and wait another few days (a temp ban is usually a week, possibly less with mumble), and have a great day/night.

Not All of the kicks were made by count, anyone seen taking or disrupting the chat would have been banned by someone probably other than Count.
