It reopens generally every 2-3 months, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. In the meantime, stay active on the forums, be helpful in-game, and try to get on Mumble when you play, even if you don't feel like talking or aren't able to use a microphone.

It will change with time. People are used to calling police vip's so are all of us police.
