Technical questions about my CW city

I just relized that the city im building in creative will crash the server if its copied and pasted being planned to be +1,000 blocks in diameter. unless it could be downloaded in peices. i just want to know my limits before i continue any further, or if it would be worth your time because im willing to donate $50 to have this service done. please let me know in the comments or in game with information on the topic.
