everything was working fine this morning then BAM!!! kicked out server has been down for 20ish minutes now

hello i just joined and registered with this server about two days ago, i already put quite a few hours into it and im not able to join today.. i know it can't be just me because i can still connect to other servers fine, is it down or having maintenance on it??? please help!
