Did you make those textures yourself? they look great. Its too Dokucraft-ish for me, but still, great work. The blue minecraft logo is nice touch.

There are already 2 on the server, on made by ZEFFER13, the other, abandoned by me partway through, you might want to take a look at those. (mine is near asgard, you'll have to ask ZEFFER where his is.)

Where can I DL the puzzle map? I'd really like to play it.

I would guess that they used a piston rig for the water, or just blocked it off manually. As for the pork-chops, they probably had a dispenser hooked up to redstone, or they just dropped them out of the inventory.
